I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong body.

My goal is to help you to live your best life yet. I believe the mind must be aligned with the body and work together as one.

I'm a firm believer that the energy you put out is the energy you get in return, so let me help you to feel, look, and be your best. For over 7 years I've been consistently helping to change lives, one step, one rep at a time.

I've spent years fighting for a healthier lifestyle. I was born with a heart defect diagnosed at the age of 4, known as Aortic Stenosis. I'm 33 and have overcome two open-heart surgeries.

When I was 10 I struggled with Tourette's Syndrome and was bullied in school. I had involuntary neck jerks and facial ticks. I would emotionally eat and use food as an escape.

I've acquired the tools that have allowed me to transform these experiences into controlling hunger and persistently pursuing my potential by becoming more disciplined and holding myself along with my clients accountable. 

Adversity has shaped my life and I am here to help shape yours.

I believe there is only one true success. To be able to think for yourself and live your life in your own unique way. Freedom is about creating… your personal philosophy, your beliefs, your life, your values, your work, your art, your relationships, your health, your body, your reputation.

You’re already free except for the limits and thoughts you put in your mind. It’s merely your choices in the present that are defining who you are and what you are becoming.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It should energize and empower you to keep your mind and body in check.

I teach the fundamentals in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be sore muscles or rewarding pain along the way, the benefits of hitting your goals is worth the discomfort.

I have developed my training program through years of unconventional consistent strength training. Each client gets their own custom workout catered to their specific goals.​

Food is many things: nutrients, sustenance, energy, fuel, medicine, community, to be shared.

Individualized nutrition coaching that fits your schedule and goals with customizable approaches for your unique needs. Weekly one-on-one meetings and email and text access to Ian help you stay on track. Addressing one goal at a time means you make change that lasts. Minimum of 1 month commitment, suggested 2 months.


A Healthier You

The training program I’ve developed will help you burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises, mixed with healthy habits, will have you making the most out of every day.

The best fitness program for you is whatever motivates you to move more! There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to most things, including fitness. Whatever your goals are, finding the combination of movement that works best for you is the key to your (and my!) success. Training with me includes using a variety of tools and exercises, including kettlebells, Beckford Bar, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more.


Strength Training at Home Exercise

Whether it’s losing weight, building lean muscle, trimming or toning, or just living. life to its fullest.. my program will improve your overall health, endurance and have you feeling the rewards of your commitment. 

  • Workouts will be approximately 20-60 minutes a day 2-5 days a week

  • You will need a set of dumbbells that you will use with the workouts

  • You will choose either a Home or a Gym version of the plan after signing-up

  • Workouts are done on your own time


4 Week Workout Plan

  • 4 -Week Customized workout plan will be created for you upon enrollment based upon the fitness goals you specify

  • An email sent from Ian 1-2 times a week with the workout routines, sets, and images, for each day

  • Each exercise image will specify which body part is being targeting so you can learn as you go

  • Re-evaluations of body progress once a week to make sure the plan is on track

  • Support available by e-mail. Answered personally by Ian within 24 hours.
