A combination of strategic exercises, mixed with healthy habits, will have you making the most out of every day. The best fitness program for you is whatever motivates you to move more! There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to most things, including fitness. Whatever your goals are, finding the combination of movement that works best for you is the key to your (and my!) success. Training with me includes using a variety of tools and exercises, including kettlebells, Beckford Bar, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more.
