Service Description

Whether it’s losing weight, building lean muscle, trimming or toning, or just living. life to its fullest.. my program will improve your overall health, endurance and have you feeling the rewards of your commitment.  Workouts will be approximately 20-45 minutes a day 2-5 days a week You will need a set of dumbbells that you will use with the workouts You will choose either a Home or a Gym version of the plan after signing-up Workouts are done on your own time
